Sing, move, and breathe with Yogie Land right from home

Where yoga, music, and imagination come together for kids ages 6 months to 5 years

What kids love about Yogie Land

  • Drawing of a happy child with pigtails, wearing an orange shirt and shorts, dancing with arms raised and eyes closed, surrounded by musical notes on a yellow background.

    Songs they sing on repeat

Original music that’s actually enjoyable and helps kids breathe, move, and reset.

  • A cartoon illustration of a young child with closed eyes, sitting cross-legged, hugging their chest with one hand and resting the other on their knee, wearing a light blue pajama set, with a yellow background.

Tools that show up at home

Kids start using the breathing and calming skills on their own, even outside of class.

  • A cartoon wolf wearing a yellow shirt with a paw print and a letter 'Y' is smiling and looking at a young boy, gently touching his shoulder. The boy is sitting, wearing a blue shirt, and looking up at the wolf with a happy expression. The background is a warm yellow gradient.

    A character they truly love

Yogie the Dogie isn’t just a puppet. He becomes their guide and emotional anchor.

  • Four children playing and smiling, one child standing on one foot with hands in prayer position, another bending with one arm raised, a girl with dark skin and pigtails crawling on her hands and knees, and a blonde girl in an orange shirt and blue shorts on her hands and knees.

Joy you see. Growth they feel.

No two classes are the same, so kids stay curious, excited, and eager to come back for more.

My daughter asks for Yogie the Dogie every morning. When class finally comes, she can’t wait to go.

What makes Yogie Land special

Children sitting on the floor in a dance classroom, listening to a woman speak, with a dance-themed banner and a colorful spinning wheel behind her.
Stuffed animal bear with blue eyes, beige nose, and beige snout wearing a yellow shirt.
  • Storytelling Yoga

Each class takes kids to a new destination around the world, where they help rescue the Magic Turtle, who always hops off the Yogie Land Express before the adventure begins.

  • Educational Learning Games

Classes begin with the Yogie Wheel to discover who they’ll meet that day. The Yogie Dogie Flow teaches breath, movement, and stillness in a way older kids love to bring home.

  • Original Music

Every animal has its own calming, original song written for kids and loved by parents. Many include corresponding yoga poses to support breath, rhythm, and play.

  • Immersive Puppetry

Yogie the Dogie and friends guide each story through character and play. Kids wake him up with dog pose and barking to bring him into the adventure.

Where you and your child grow side by side

Family Flows lets your little one step into a Yogie Land adventure while you take an adult class with a teacher from our parent company, House of Flow, right next door.

It’s 45 minutes of music, movement, and mindfulness, so you both leave feeling more connected and at ease.

Inspired by Mister Rogers and Jim Henson, reimagined for today’s kids

Yogie Land was created by Grant Henry, an early childhood educator with over 15 years of experience and a deep belief in the power of movement, story, and play. After studying children’s media at NYU, Grant set out to rethink how yoga and mindfulness are introduced to young children.

Too often, kids yoga follows a blueprint that asks little ones to stay on a mat, quiet their bodies, and follow adult rules. Yogie Land flips that model. Through original music, storytelling, puppetry, and emotional learning games, every child is invited to connect in their own way.

It’s a place where six-month-olds and five-year-olds can share the same space, have completely different experiences, and still walk away with something meaningful.
